The fastest way to reach us is hello@hyperattention.ai. Include the kind of iPhone you have and, if a cut went wrong, roughly how long the take was.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To change or cancel: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → HyperCut. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Restore a purchase on a new phone from HyperCut → You → Settings → Restore purchases.

A cut removed something it shouldn't have

Open the clip, tap the cuts list under the player, and tap any cut to bring it back. If HyperCut keeps cutting too hard, lower the strength in Settings → Cutting or in the editor under "How hard to cut".

Deleting your account and data

In the app: You → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, your email and name, your plan records and your device tokens. De-identified statistics about cuts (durations and counts with nothing that identifies you) are kept. Your clips and exports are on your phone and are not affected; delete them from the app or your photo library if you want them gone too.

If you can't open the app, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
